Terpinolene

Terpinolene-dominant strains often produce some of the most cerebral, abstract, philosophical effects in cannabis — combined with high THC, terpinolene strains drive creative and introspective experiences distinct from limonene-driven euphoria or pinene-driven focus. Terpinolene evaporates at 366°F, preserved at standard vaporization temperatures. Terpinolene is one of the most fragile cannabis terpenes, oxidizing rapidly upon exposure to air and light — high-terpinolene strains lose their distinctive complexity within 30-45 days unless stored in dark airtight containers under refrigeration.
