Affiliate Program

Who Can Join

The program is open to publishers with a channel they own or directly control: a website, a newsletter, a video channel, a podcast or a social account. We read every application rather than approving automatically, and what we are reading for is whether your audience overlaps ours.

• Your audience must be adults. We sell to buyers aged 21 and over, and your promotion has to be aimed at the same people.
• You must disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you place a link. In the United States that is an FTC requirement, not a courtesy.
• You must be able to receive payment in your own name or your business's name.
• Cannabis seeds are regulated differently state by state. You are responsible for the legality of your own promotion where you publish.

Commissions

Commission is 10% of the order subtotal on any sale attributed to your link. Shipping and taxes are excluded because neither one is revenue to us. Commission is earned once an order has shipped and cleared the refund and chargeback window, and a refunded or charged-back order reverses the commission that was booked against it.

Your own orders are not commissionable. Neither are orders where the discount already applied leaves the margin below the commission, in which case we will tell you rather than quietly zero it.

How Tracking Works

Approved affiliates get a unique referral link. When a visitor follows it we set a first-party cookie that lasts 30 days, and any order placed from that browser inside the window is credited to you on a last-click basis: if a visitor arrives through two different affiliates, the most recent one is paid.

Tracking depends on a cookie, which means it has real limits worth knowing before you judge your numbers. A visitor who clears cookies, blocks them, or switches from a phone to a laptop before ordering will not be attributed. This is true of every cookie-based affiliate program, ours included, and it is why reported conversions always run slightly behind reality.

Payments

Payouts run monthly, covering commissions that cleared in the preceding period. The payment method and any minimum balance are confirmed in writing when your application is approved rather than stated here, because they depend on where you are and how you can be paid. Tax reporting is yours to handle: we do not withhold on your behalf.

What Is Not Allowed

The short version is that we pay for audiences you brought us, not for traffic that was already ours or that was never really interested. The following end a partnership:

• Brand-term bidding. Running paid search on “Royal King Seeds” or close variants, or on our domain names.
• Impersonation. Sites, accounts, or emails that present themselves as Royal King Seeds, or domains that read as ours.
• Unauthorised coupons. Publishing discount codes you were not given, or inventing codes to farm coupon-site traffic.
• Spam. Unsolicited email, comment and forum link-dropping, or paid placement on sites built for links rather than readers.
• Medical claims. Presenting cannabis as a treatment, cure or prescription substitute. We do not make those claims and affiliates cannot make them for us.
• Marketing to minors. Any placement aimed at under-21 audiences, or on platforms and channels built around them.
• Cookie stuffing. Setting the tracking cookie without a deliberate click, through iframes, redirects or auto-loading pixels.
