Processing time of 1–2 business days applies to all orders. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on a business day usually ship the same day. Saturday, Sunday, and US federal holidays do not count as business days.

We get asked about packaging more than any other shipping question, so here is exactly what arrives at your door:
- Plain mailer or small box with no logos, no branding, no cannabis-related wording on the exterior.
- Generic business name on the return address, never "Royal King Seeds" or anything that hints at the contents.
- Seeds sealed in crush-proof vials with breeder labeling, inside the outer mailer.
- No "seeds", "marijuana", or "cannabis" anywhere on the package, the customs slip, the carrier scan, or the tracking emails.
- Same packaging used regardless of order size — a 1-pack and a $300 mix-pack ship in the same anonymous format.

When things go sideways
Lost or Delayed Packages
USPS handles hundreds of millions of packages a year, and almost all of ours land on time. When they do not, here is what is usually happening and what to do.
USPS sometimes batches scans, especially between regional hubs. A 48–72 hour quiet window is normal and almost always resolves on its own.
Major storms, Christmas / Black Friday volume, or local USPS staffing issues can add 1–3 business days to delivery. Tracking will resume scanning once the package moves.
Check with neighbors, your apartment office, and any building mailroom. USPS occasionally marks "delivered" up to a day before the package physically arrives. If it is still missing after 48 hours, contact us — we will help open a USPS case.
If USPS returns the package to us as undeliverable, we will email you to confirm the corrected address and reship at cost of the new label.

Returns & Refunds
Unopened Packs
Unopened, undamaged seed packs in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus the original shipping cost. Contact support to start a return.
Opened Packs
Due to the nature of cannabis seeds we cannot accept returns on opened packs. Germination issues are covered separately by our 95% guarantee — no return needed.
Damaged Arrivals
Email a photo of the damaged exterior and contents within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected seeds at no cost.
Wrong Strain Ordered
Contact us within 24 hours of checkout and before your order ships. After shipment, return the unopened pack per our standard return policy.

Royal King Seeds USA sells cannabis seeds as adult novelty souvenirs and for genetic preservation purposes. We ship to all 50 US states. You must be 21 or older to order.
Germination laws vary by state. As of 2026, states including California, Colorado, Oregon, Michigan, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, Virginia, Vermont, New Mexico, Connecticut, and Montana allow adult home cultivation of a limited number of plants for personal use. Medical-cultivation licenses are available in additional states. The customer is responsible for compliance with state and local laws before germinating any seeds.
We ship within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally from this site — for Canada visit royalkingseeds.ca, for Europe and the UK visit royalkingseeds.com.
