1. Program Description

Royal King Seeds (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a text message marketing program (“Program”) that delivers promotional messages, strain announcements, grow tips, and special offers to subscribers who have opted in by providing their mobile number and explicitly consenting to receive marketing text messages.

You may join the Program by entering your mobile phone number on our subscribe form at royalkingseeds.us, checking the SMS marketing consent checkbox, and submitting the form. You may also opt in at checkout by checking the SMS consent box, or by texting START to (260) 300-6465.

By opting in, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month. We may send additional messages around major sales events or limited-time promotions.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Royal King Seeds does not charge for the messages themselves, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin, text START or sign up again on our website.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

9. Age Requirement

The Program is intended for individuals 21 years of age or older. By opting in, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that it is legal for you to receive cannabis-related marketing in your jurisdiction.
