By accessing and using Royal King Seeds, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Products

Cannabis seed and cultivation rules vary by state and locality and may change, and laws can treat purchasing, possession, shipping, germination and cultivation differently. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding cannabis seeds in their jurisdiction. Royal King Seeds assumes no liability for any illegal use of our products.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Summer Sale — SUMMER25 Offer Terms

Discount: 25% off with code SUMMER25, entered at checkout.
Eligible products: All cannabis seed products, including items already reduced on our Deals page. SUMMER25 applies on top of a deal price.
Bundles: Eligible.
Buy One Get One: SUMMER25 can be combined with our Buy One, Get One Free offer, which is limited to one free pack per order.
Shipping and taxes: The discount applies to the product subtotal. It does not reduce shipping charges or any applicable taxes.
Shipping charges: Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $9.99 for orders below $150. Eligible orders of $150 or more receive free standard shipping automatically at checkout.
Free shipping and free-seed thresholds: Free-shipping and free-seed eligibility is calculated using the qualifying merchandise subtotal before promotional discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, gift cards and other non-qualifying items. Returns or cancellations that reduce the qualifying subtotal may affect promotional eligibility.
Expires: 31 August 2026 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. The code stops working at that moment and the promotion is removed from the site automatically.
Retroactive use: The discount cannot be applied to an order placed before the code was entered. Contact customer support if a code failed to apply at checkout.
Returns and cancellations: Refunds are issued on the amount actually paid after the discount, not the pre-discount price.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency.

Shipping

Available shipping methods and eligibility are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Royal King Seeds is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Germination Guarantee

Royal King Seeds offers a 95% germination guarantee, subject to the eligibility and claim requirements of our Germination Guarantee policy.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened seed packs. Unopened packs in original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, with a prepaid return label provided at no cost to you. Approved returns refund the product price and any original outbound shipping charge. Contact support for return authorization.

By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from Royal King Gardening Llc, including promotions, order updates, and seasonal offers.

Limitation of Liability

Royal King Seeds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the order in question.
