Germination Guarantee

We stand behind the viability of our seeds. If eligible seeds fail to germinate under the conditions below, we will replace them under this guarantee.

1. The guarantee

If fewer than 95% of the eligible seeds in a qualifying order germinate when handled exactly as required in this policy, we will provide the remedy described in section 7. This 95% figure is the threshold at which our replacement remedy applies; it is not a representation of the germination rate you will observe in your own setup.

2. Eligible products

All feminized and autoflower cannabis seeds purchased from royalkingseeds.us.

3. Eligible orders

• Purchased directly from royalkingseeds.us (direct purchases only).
• No minimum order value or seed count is required to qualify.

4. Required germination method

The guarantee applies only when seeds are germinated using the paper-towel method: seeds placed between moist (not soaked) paper towels, kept warm (68–77°F / 20–25°C), in darkness, and checked daily. Seeds planted directly into soil or another medium where germination cannot be verified are not covered.

5. Storage requirements

Seeds must be stored cool, dark, and dry from receipt until germination, and germinated within 90 days of delivery. The guarantee does not cover seeds exposed to heat, moisture, light, or freezing, or germinated after the 90-day window.

6. Claim deadline and required evidence

• File a claim within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Provide your order number, the number of seeds attempted and the number that failed, and dated photographs of the failed seeds and your germination setup.
• Return of failed seeds is not required.

7. Remedy

Eligible claims receive free replacement seeds of the same strain, with replacement shipping paid by Royal King Seeds. This is the sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee.

8. Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover: failure to follow the required germination method or storage conditions; seeds germinated after the 90-day storage window; damage in transit (see our Shipping & Returns policy); growing outcomes after germination such as yield, potency, or phenotype; and any use unlawful in the buyer's jurisdiction.

9. Legality and jurisdiction

Cannabis seeds are sold as adult novelty souvenirs and for genetic preservation only. The buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. This guarantee is offered subject to our Terms & Conditions.
