How to make marijuana cookies

1. Decarboxylate the Cannabis
Purpose: Activate THC/CBD.

- Preheat oven: 240°F (115°C)
- Break cannabis into small pieces (7–10g recommended)
- Spread on baking sheet with parchment paper
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring every 10 mins
2. Make Cannabutter

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- Decarboxylated cannabis (7–10g)
Steps:
- Melt butter and water in saucepan on low heat
- Add cannabis
- Simmer at 160–180°F (70–80°C) for 2–3 hours (Do not boil)
- Stir occasionally
- Strain through cheesecloth
- Refrigerate until solid
3. Prepare Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
- 2¼ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup cannabutter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Steps:
- Cream cannabutter + sugars
- Add eggs + vanilla
- Mix dry ingredients separately
- Combine wet + dry mixes
- Fold in chocolate chips
4. Bake Cookies
- Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C)
- Drop dough (1 tbsp each) onto lined baking tray
- Bake for 10–12 minutes (until edges are golden)
5. Dose Carefully

- Estimate THC content from strain used
- Start with ¼ to ½ cookie
- Wait 1–2 hours before increasing dose
