Qualifying Conditions: Includes cancer, epilepsy, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, PTSD, ALS, Crohn’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, chronic nonmalignant pain tied to a qualifying condition, and other debilitating conditions of similar severity.
2. Get Evaluated by a Qualified Physician
Find a certified physician through the Office of Medical Marijuana Use at the Florida Department of Health (OMMU).
Medical Review: The physician will assess your medical history and determine if cannabis is appropriate.
Registry Entry: If approved, your information is entered into the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry.
3. Apply for the Medical Marijuana Use Registry ID Card
